Tanner Peake

In 2012, Tanner was appointed director of prayer mobilization, following in the footsteps of Dick Eastman. Three years later, in 2015, Tanner stepped into the role of international director. In this role, he spearheaded the launch of Every Home’s Oikos initiative, a strategic plan to reach everyone, everywhere, with the gospel within this generation. Tanner was named executive director in 2020 and helped lead the ministry through the COVID-19 pandemic. In September of 2021, at Dick’s recommendation, the board of directors approved Tanner as Dick’s successor, and in September 2022, Tanner formally succeeded Dick as president.

Chief Financial Officer

Tim Middlebrook

Tim serves as the COO and CFO of Every Home for Christ and has been with Every Home since 2002. In his role, Tim oversees the daily operations and finances of the ministry while also directly overseeing various departments such as HR and Finance. Tim leads the executive leadership team. Tim is married with four children.

Chief Prayer Officer

Dick Eastman

After an incredible 34 years leading as international president, Dick Eastman now serves as the chief prayer officer of Every Home for Christ. He also serves as president of America’s National Prayer Committee, a diverse group of evangelical leaders instrumental in planning America’s annual National Day of Prayer (scheduled by Congressional decree for the first Thursday of May each year). As president of the National Prayer Committee, Dick has been invited to the White House as the guest of former Presidents Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush.

Chief Global Officer

Scott Middlebrook

Scott has been with Every Home since 1987. He became the director of international operations in 2006. In this role, he oversaw a season of rapid ministry growth including launching 55 new national ministries, the development of our global online reporting system and Every Home’s widely used discipleship curriculum Be Fruitful and Multiply (BFAM). In 2015, Scott became the first national director of Every Home USA and the continental director of the Americas. Scott is married with two children and four grandchildren.

Erick Todd

Erick has been with Every Home for Christ since 2009. As Every Home’s CIO, he develops practical solutions to support missionaries around the globe in his commitment to the great commission. Beyond his tech expertise, Erick’s diverse background includes marketing, music, and photography. He has led marketing and development initiatives by integrating technology with creative arts. This multi-faceted experience has given Erick a unique view of churches and ministries worldwide and allowed him to forge deep connections with numerous leaders and pastors. He is married with three children.

Trevor Garrett

Trevor joined Every Home for Christ in 2023 and oversees all development efforts, including partner engagement officers and the creative and marketing teams. Trevor, now in Parker, Colorado, is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, but he spent most of his childhood and college years in northern Colorado. Trevor is humbled and honored that God has entrusted him to serve the kingdom in this role and leads with a servant’s heart. Trevor is married and has three children.

Jesse Engle

Jesse has served in various departments and roles at Every Home for Christ since 2013. In his role as the Chief Engagement Officer, Jesse is passionate to see the culture of Every Home be vibrant and healthy. From staff development to spiritual practices, Jesse is committed to connecting people to the heart of Christ and to one another. Jesse is married with four children.

Nathan Middlebrook

Nathan Middlebrook began his journey with Every Home as an intern in 2011 and then became a full-time member of the Global Operations team in 2012. Throughout his tenure, Nathan served as a ministry advocate for multiple Every Home regions and eventually became the VP of Global Operations from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Nathan is responsible for providing support to the president/CEO and the wider leadership team in strategic implementation and coordination, and he manages the projects and initiatives of the Office of the President. Nathan is married to Jordan, and they have four children.

Continental Director | Africa

Cleopas Chitapa

Cleopas was missions-minded from the moment he became a Christian as a teenager in rural Zimbabwe. Though he experienced persecution and rejection, he saw God start a revival within his family, his school, and his community. In 1994, Cleopas joined Every Home Zambia. He became regional director of east and southern Africa in 2015, and continental director over all of sub-Saharan Africa in 2017. Under his leadership, our ministry has expanded into the horn of Africa.

Gabriel Kosmaly

Raised in Slovakia by a catholic father and his mother—the daughter of an atheist communist officer—Gabriel grew up searching for the true, deeper meaning to his life. In his mid-twenties, through the witness and friendship of local believers, Gabriel found what he was looking for in Jesus. In 2012, Gabriel was invited to work with Every Home on an online evangelism project and was inspired by the authentic, relational vision. Since then, Gabriel has served Every Home as a regional leader, and now continental director, in which capacity he leads our operations throughout Europe. “I love the diversity in unity, which, for me is the main feature of Every Home,” Gabriel says.

Continental Director | Asia

Wolfgang Lee

Wolfgang’s experience in ministry leadership is broad and well-tested by persecution. He joined Every Home in 1996 and became the continental director of Asia in 2017. The scope of Wolfgang’s responsibility includes Every Home ministries in South Asia, East Asia, and the Pacific. Due to security concerns, we can share only limited information about Wolfgang.

Tom Rios

As a teenager, Tom Rios had an awakening to the truth of the gospel and was filled with a passion to share Jesus with the world. He became a successful young ministry director for Every Home many years before taking on the responsibility of continental director of MENACA (Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia). Pastor Rios has empowered a new generation of Every Home directors to believe God for impossible things and mobilize Christians to share the truth and love of Jesus courageously and creatively in their nations. Due to security concerns, we can share only limited information about Pastor Rios.

Deputy Continental Director | MENACA

Aysha Hatem

Aysha has been involved with the ministry of Every Home since she was little. At a young age, she gained a sense of the sacrifice that Jesus made for her and the immense love that God the Father had for her. She has lived a life of service to Jesus ever since. Aysha joined Every Home in 2003, going home to home and helping with office tasks. In the last 15 years, she has served at a regional level within MENACA (Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia), and she began her current position as deputy continental director in 2019. Due to security concerns, we can share only limited information about Aysha.
