From the President’s Desk
In recent months, I’ve had the opportunity to travel to several nations in the Middle East that are openly hostile to our faith and to see what God is doing there. On long van rides, in covert apartments, and in alleyway cafes, I’ve been able to sit with our Every Home leadership and witness the challenges of carrying Christ to their nations. I’ve heard their struggles in facing very real persecution and, in some cases, even the possibility of death for the sake of their message. I’ve listened to their stories of how, at times, God miraculously spares our Every Home staff from imprisonment. Listening to these brothers and sisters is deeply provoking, and I can report to you that our leadership in this part of the world walks in supernatural faith day after day. It is this faith that fuels Every Home.
I’ve also seen, firsthand around the world, that to accomplish our vision, our teams use numerous models of ministry. In many nations, it is possible to carry Christ systematically, home to home and person to person. However, in other nations (including most of those in MENACA—Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia), we must rely on more creative strategies to carry Christ to people.
Our aim is always to reach every person in every place, and we must be led by the Spirit in our approaches to ministry. At times, we use gospel literature, but in some high-security areas, we cannot. Sometimes we work with the underground church, and in other cases, in order to not jeopardize the safety of the local church, we do not. In some cases, we preach in taxis, at small secret gatherings, or in hospitals and prisons. On other occasions, we preach boldly on the streets. In various parts of MENACA, we minister to the needs of people within war zones. Across the Arabian Peninsula and in historically Persian nations, we utilize highly innovative technologies to help us share the gospel with those who have never heard the name of Christ. As you can see, there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to carrying Christ to every person in MENACA. We are led by the Spirit.

In all things, we must walk by faith. This is the attitude of our ministry in the Middle East, and it’s the spiritual posture of each of our ministry leaders around the world.
It’s an honor to serve those on the front lines who are bravely taking Christ into the darkness. Thank you for joining us in doing so. Let’s pray for these brothers and sisters who are going out, even today, to bring hope to those in desperate need.
For everyone, everywhere, in every generation,
Tanner Peake, President/CEO
Every Home for Christ
