From the President’s Desk
The region of Eurasia might be the most complex area for Every Home ministry today. The nations and people of this region are diverse in every way imaginable: language, culture, socioeconomic status, history, politics, religion, and ethnicity.
Some nations in Eurasia are completely closed to the gospel, filled with restrictions preventing any kind of traditional ministry. Other populations enjoy religious freedom but are marked by cynicism toward all spirituality. There are world powers, and there is war. There is peace and security, and there is a refugee crisis. There are ancient religious traditions, and there are modern problems facing new generations in need of real hope.
Carrying Christ in a context this diverse is only possible because it is happening through Every Home’s network as a grassroots movement among everyday believers. The complexity of this place requires a simplicity of strategy: inspiring and empowering local churches to carry Christ to their own communities. Local Christian fellowships know their neighbors, the needs of their people, and the unique ways Christ’s love can be communicated.
